I am a Vegan Nutrition Coach with a background in Nutrition, Fitness coaching and Health care. I have an additional degree in Design, Branding and Communication and currently work collaboratively in both areas. One of my passions is to stay fit and healthy, inside and out and this journey certainly starts with lifestyle and diet choices. I can help you get a clearer understanding of how to achieve your goals on a plant-based diet, whatever they might be (weight-loss, muscle gain, feeling healthier etc.)
