About Sofia
I began playing cello when I was 5 years old, and since then, I have performed countless pieces, been in lots of ensembles, earned numerous awards, and reached a high level within my music career. Having taken many masterclasses and lessons with many renowned musicians, including a cellist of the NSO, I feel very comfortable in my ability to teach other cellists from what I have seen my own professors do. This August, I will head off to continue studying music and begin studying medicine at the College of William and Mary. I have a very bubbly personality and I’m very patient!
