About Kimberly
I’m a pole dance instructor, artist, and expressive movement dancer with a background in behavioral health and a growing education in art therapy and therapeutic movement. I love exploring the connection between creativity, movement, emotion, and self-expression. My approach to pole combines strength, technique, confidence, and artistic expression while creating a supportive space where dancers can connect with their bodies, explore their creativity, and develop their unique movement style.

My lessons are designed around your individual goals and experience level. I teach pole technique, conditioning, climbs, inverts, tricks, transitions, expressive flow, and combinations. I also help dancers build choreography and combos for PSO competitions, showcases, and performances, with a focus on strength, confidence, musicality, creativity, and developing your own unique movement style.
