About Michael

I have been teaching courses in US Government since the fall of 2010, and have had thousands of students complete the courses that I have taught. Many of my students have gone on to attend graduate school. Students often find my classes informative and interesting because I have experience working in the New York State Legislature and can impart what I learned to students.

My teaching method is designed to get students to think beyond the usual surface deep information that you get from the media about politics, which is often incomplete and incorrect. I try to push students to be the best that they can be because I believe it will prepare them better for graduate school and a career.
