I am a recent graduate from Newcastle University where I studied Politics. I have a long term affinity with essay-based subjects and have tutored on a volunteer basis as well as having been a nanny for 4 years and having worked with a younger age group.

I think patience and trust are key in teaching! If the student knows they feel relaxed I’m not understanding and asking questions then it lends itself to an environment in which learning and passion excel. You do not get this one on one time in class so it is the best opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
