About Pooja
I am Pooja Chavan, recently completed MSc in Human Nutrition from University Of Glasgow. I developed a passion for food and exercise right in my adolescent, which later made me go for Yoga training and do my undergrad and post grad in Nutrition. "Health is wealth", is my mantra for life. You cannot achieve anything in life unless your body is in a healthy state. Therefore, here I am, willing to pour all the knowledge and experience I have gained by teaching Yoga.

In my yoga sessions, I incorporate various styles such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha. I also like to include meditation and Pranayama practices to enhance the experience. Each class typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. These sessions have helped individuals with weight loss, achieving mental clarity and inner peace, and managing metabolic conditions like diabetes. They have also been beneficial for elderly participants, supporting their overall health and well-being.
