About Jean
I am Jean of Rio, Brazil. I speak Portuguese, English and a little Spanish. I have been teaching Portuguese for foreigners for three years and I have helped more than 300 students from all over the world to become fluent. I studied Letters (Portuguese / Literatures) at UFRJ, and worked for three language schools during my career, one in Brazil and two in Ireland. I have been teaching Portuguese for groups and also giving private lessons. I am Jean from Rio, Brazil. I speak Brazilian Portuguese, English and a little Spanish. I have been teaching Portuguese to foreigners for three years and have helped over 250 students worldwide become fluent. I studied Portuguese Language and Literature at the Federal University of Rio (UFRJ), and worked for three language schools during my career, one in Brazil and two in Ireland. I've been teaching Portuguese in group setting as well as one on one settings.

My classes are based on Brazilian culture and I always measure the students' greatest needs through the way they express the language. I provide slides that can be used to study after each class and also complementary activities. I think of learning as something that needs to be enjoyable, so I always strive to make fun, creative classes that match each student's lifestyle.
