I am a very positive individual who has previously suffered from depression and anxiety and I took my own path to self recovery which has helped me to encourage others to learn new ways of guiding themselves into having a more positive mindset.

My teaching method is the learning and development of positive thinking. I base my classes on using insights and practical tools as well as brainstorming in the world of positive thinking. I approach each class by learning about the individual first.
I aim to use different techniques and positive thinking exercises to help you find positive perspectives rather than have negative interpretations on certain thoughts and events
