I am a student that used to have problems with positive thinking. Now, using the knowledge I have from my past, I want to help others. I used to have 1 to 1 meetings with people who helped me out so I am hoping we can do the same

My teaching method is about making 'friends' with our thoughts and trying to look at the bright side of things. I will be trying different methods, depending on the persons needs as not everyone is the same. My methods are mostly on thinking about the positive sides of things and trying to forget the things we don't want in our lives.
