About Mimoza
I am postgraduate student who has a degree in both BA Hons in TV and Technical Arts & MSc in Hotel Management. Previously, I had the opportunity during my studies to help children of international families by offering introductory English and advanced Turkish lessons. Being a native speaker of these two languages, and having two degrees, give me the opportunity to emphatise with people and help them overcome their language barriers and develop their communication.
I had been around various different ages of children from 6-16 in my family and circles growing up. Hence, this enabled me to integrate with plenty of cultures and teach my young ones from painting, languages to mathematics. Being able to help youngsters with my current knowledge and also learn from them motivates me to have an altruistic life.

My teaching method is flexible and adaptible to each students' needs. I do believe lessons will have to be innovative, interactive in order to engage students so that it does not feel like a scripted lesson and also, there has to be a lot of encouragement and putting myself into their shoes. I am strong believer in Charles Duhiggs' Power of Habit and creating healthy habits.
