Duration : 1 hour - Price : £18.00 - Place : OxfordHello there. My name is Clorrie and I teach French and Spanish for GCSE, A Level, and university, as well as the DELF and DALF examinations in France and AP examinations in the UK. My lessons will prepare you for examinations, as well as enabling you to apply your linguistic skills to real-life situations. I prepare my own resources to suit students' individual needs and interests and I like to incorporate materials from the target-language culture, such as Spotify playlists, podcasts, newspaper articles, film trailers, and much more! I am an empathetic and patient tutor who creates a supportive and encouraging classroom environment. However, I also know how to push students to fulfill the best of their abilities.
My Master Class will be a 40-minute extended speaking examination where I will bring photos and other stimuli to start our conversation. I will ask you questions suited to your examination or level and I will provide 20 minutes of detailed feedback at the end of the lesson. To finish, I will send you some resources to help you to learn from my feedback in your own time after our lesson.

Course setup
I have been teaching languages and personal statement mentoring online for over four years and I have delivered over 1,300 lessons through various platforms. I was also taught English in a sixth form college in Toulouse, France for 9 months. I received a competitive scholarship to complete a 60-hour accredited course in teaching French as a foreign language in Paris.
It has been incredibly rewarding to see my students fulfill and exceed their goals. Notably, I helped one of my adult students to pass her French examination and obtain her French passport so that she could live abroad. Furthermore, I helped several of my GCSE students to achieve grades 7,8, and 9 last year. I have also taught a student from the USA for three years and I helped her to come to England and sit her GCSEs here. I always stay in touch with my students to help them to apply for university and write their references for jobs and internships. Language learning is a huge source of enjoyment and fulfillment in my life and I find it incredibly rewarding to help others to have the same experiences as I have had.
