About Maddalena sabrina
Hi, I'm a registered nurse passionate about holistic health; I've always been a supporter of seeing health as union and a balance within your body, mind and spirit; but unfortunately in the western medicine we focus mostly our attention to the physical part only, forgetting that we are complex human beings and that we are more than the physical body. So the importance of listening to your inner voice, your inner energy to heal yourself in every aspect, not only the physical part. This is why I embraced the journey of kundalini yoga and meditation first to connect to my inner voice and now to support people who are interested in discovering the most magnificent journey, the journey back to yourself.

Hi everyone! I'm a registered nurse, yoga and meditation teacher passionate about holistic health and wellbeing with a focus on kundalini and yoga flow, meditation and breathing technique, releasing emotion through movement. My classes are open to all levels and ages. Location of the classes are online or outdoor (weather permitting), preferably on Wednesday or Saturday. Looking forward to connecting with you!
