I teach a new type of yoga based on a mix in between work out and yoga. I like to keep open minded with yoga and I mix yoga with my learnings of Ayuverdic medicine, meditation and so on. The result is a unique style of yoga, sometimes strong like my HIIT classes, sometimes energetic like my shamanit move ones or spiritual like my Yin yoga classes. My classes are unique in style in London. I make sure we get fit ouside and inside, body and mind.
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I have been following my teacher for long time, some for 9 years and some for 4. I qualified as a 200YTT in Rishikesh.
