About Mariejoe
What made the biggest difference for me wasn’t more textbooks — it was people who could explain things clearly, connect the theory to how it’s actually used, and make me feel like I could ask the “obvious” questions without judgement. I want to be that person for my students.
I love law because it’s not just abstract rules — it’s about how people navigate real situations, and once that clicks, it stops feeling like something to memorise and starts making sense. I find real satisfaction in that moment when a concept goes from confusing to obvious for a student — it’s honestly one of my favourite parts of teaching
