About Roy
Hi there,
Thanks for stopping by! My name's Roy, I graduated from Barker College with a 98.90 ATAR in 2025. I'm currently studying Actuarial Science and Commerce at UNSW. My measure of success as a tutor is the performance, satisfaction, and improvement of my students. Hence, I offer unparalleled commitment and energy to ensure my students' success.
I'm differentiated from other tutors through my proven track record in my 2 years of experience. These include a 45% improvement in HSC English, a 40% improvement in Math, and an improvement in NAPLAN of 4 bands.

I offer high-quality online lessons, with a range of technology that allows me to deliver interactive and engaging lessons. Online lessons allow students and their families the flexibility that in-person can't, and allows me to deliver around-the-clock support.
For secondary students, my approach involves a mix of theory, consolidation with practice, and exam prep to ensure students are able to perform well in assessments and improve.
For primary students, my approach involves a blend of theory and practice to ensure they are able to build the strong foundations essential for school.
I have a suite of resources from NSW's top schools including past exams, theory, and scaffolds that aren't available publicly that I share with all my students.
