I use a C³P framework—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, Problem-solving—to teach ESL effectively. Creativity is fostered through interactive storytelling, role-playing, and project-based learning, helping students experiment with language and develop confidence.
Communication is emphasized via discussions, debates, and collaborative activities that strengthen speaking, listening, and comprehension skills. Compassion ensures that lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, providing encouragement, guidance, and support to foster motivation and growth.
