About Rebecca
I am Rebecca, a current medical student at the University of Glasgow with a wide range of experiences that have prepared me to support applicants through the medicine interview process. I had 4 interviews with universities across England and Scotland and still have the exact transcript of questions asked in interviews. I have worked with Widening Access Medicine to run mock interviews and give detailed feedback, helping students strengthen their answers and interview confidence. Through my role as Secretary of Medics & Me, I have been involved in initiatives that promote wellbeing and inclusivity in the medical community, further developing my ability to guide and support others. Earlier, I volunteered with Stepping Stones, a nonprofit providing educational resources to underprivileged children in China, where I gained valuable experience working across diverse backgrounds and learning to communicate clearly in different contexts. Together, these experiences have given me both a professional understanding of what medicine interviews require and a compassionate approach to teaching. My lessons are structured but flexible, always tailored to the student’s needs. I use a broad collection of past interview questions from multiple universities to provide realistic practice in both panel and MMI formats. My aim is to help every student enter their interview with confidence, clarity, and the skills to perform at their best.

I focus on making interview preparation practical, confidence-building, and tailored to each student. My sessions are interactive and discussion-based, with an emphasis on structuring clear, thoughtful answers and developing the ability to adapt under pressure. I use real past interview questions, mock interview scenarios, and detailed feedback to help students refine both their content and delivery. Lesson Structure A typical lesson lasts 60–90 minutes. Sessions can be run as a traditional panel interview or as a mock MMI, depending on what the student would like to focus on. I usually begin with a short skills warm-up, followed by practice questions, and finish with personalised feedback and strategies to take away. Qualifications & Experience I am Rebecca, a current medical student at the University of Glasgow. I have previously worked with Widening Access Medicine to run mock interviews and provide structured feedback to aspiring medical students. In addition, I have compiled a broad set of past interview questions from a range of universities, which I use to provide students with realistic and targeted practice. Who My Lessons Are For These sessions are designed for students preparing for UK medicine interviews. Whether you want to practise MMI stations, rehearse panel-style questions, strengthen your communication skills, or build confidence in ethical discussions, I adapt lessons to meet your level and goals.
