I will deliver one-one sessions or group session using this technique.
The layout of the training includes a demonstration of good and bad presentations, a discussion about your fears and methods of overcoming them and some practice sessions that include reflection and key points for improvement. I am able to provide a one-one meeting later to assess skill development after training.
I also give advice and help students develop their presentation slides to match their speaking content.

Course setup
The technique I have developed has been used for the last three years as part of my PhD research and it has proven effective when compared to standard training. I have taught a total of 77 students/participants in this context.
