About Pl
I have been teaching chemistry for the last 10 years. It is better for students to discuss his/her problems with an experienced teacher. I try to take simple and easy ways to make them understand. Second thing is that most of the research is based upon chemistry so I try to generate a researchful thought in student's mind.

I teach bt taking simple examples, with models. I also provide practice papers to the students. In a class of 60 minutes, I give 10 minutes to the previous day topic i.e. revision, 10 - 15 minutes to doubts of student and 35 - 40 minutes on the present topic.
