About Christie
I am keen to promote boxing as a sport for all ages and groups. I love teaching others on how to perform to their best abilities and work with all body types. I am an avid boxer and looking to do more local 1 on 1 or group sessions.

Boxing is great for toning and as an intense physical workout. I am focused on coaching the correct techniques before teaching on how to punch hard. It is a great mental workout and an anxiety and stress relief. I have suffered from back and neck problems throughout my life and this is a great sport to help strengthen this and get better posture.
