About Alexa
I am soon to be a uni student based in Edinburgh, enjoy sport especially tennis and have played since I was 7. I have been fortunate to train with the Scottish team and compete nationally. Recently I have been assisting with tennis camps as well.

About the lesson

My teaching method is repetition. Tennis is a sport that requires strong muscle memory and a lot of practise is needed in order to develop. Also breaks, frequent short breaks are necessary not only to get to know pupils but also allow them time to rest and not become demotivated.
