About Natalie
I have over 11 years’ experience working in primary schools across England and Wales, teaching in every year group from Reception through to Year 6.
For two years, I held a senior leadership role where I was involved in curriculum development and led enquiry-based learning across the school.
Prior to qualifying as a teacher, I gained valuable classroom experience as a teaching assistant. I also provided PPA cover in a range of schools, specialising in teaching PE, and worked as a holiday club head coach, leading engaging activities for children.
Currently I am working as a teacher in various primary schools during the day. I also have over a year of experience tutoring private lessons to primary aged children through my own tuition company (NM Tutoring).
This varied background has given me a strong understanding of how children learn, both inside and outside the classroom, and allows me to adapt my teaching to meet individual needs.

My approach combines focused learning with engaging games, making sessions fun as well as productive. Lessons are taught for 60 minutes at your home.
I can support with:

*Test preparation (e.g. SATs)
In addition, I have experience supporting children with additional needs and can adapt sessions to suit their learning style. I am also passionate about emotional wellbeing and can weave strategies into lessons to help children with emotional regulation and self-confidence.

30 mins free consultation to discuss your child's needs. This is to discuss the needs of your child and any targets/ gaps in learning etc. First hourly lesson will be at the standard rate where I will travel to your home.
