I am very much of the opinion that children need to be inspired to learn and that only happens when the lessons are well organised and graded to meet the needs of each individual learner. I have a wide range of motivational and very relevant resources which i find instrumental in supporting and scaffolding deeper learning.

My lessons are always individually tailored to meet the needs of all my little pupils. I always try to make every second during their learning experience by being both clear and precise in my teaching methodology as well as motivational in the dynamic way I present every lesson. My pupils actually look forward to their lessons with me because they know I really do care and deeply value the progress they make. Stickers and prizes are very much a feature of the lesson and encourage the children to enthusiastically engage in the sessions.
I have 42 years teaching experience as a very successful Deputy Headteacher in local primary schools and have supported many other teachers in their professional practice as well.
Lessons usually last for 1 hour with additional time always allocated to sympathetic parental feedback with learning pointers. Homework is always set as an important part of the lesson, unless this is specifically not requested by the parent.

Details
I never charge if lessons are unwxpectedly cancelled occasionally as I do appreciate that in this busy day and age it's sometimes difficult to plan with certainty ahead.
