IN HOLLAND UNIVERSITY 2 WEEK COURSE:
I worked as a team with finalists from other universities around the world (Russia, Finland, Holland, Belgium, Poland) to create a dissertation. I worked as editor and presented our findings at the Rotterdam town hall to important members of the Rotterdam Council.
NEWS DAYS: As part of our course we were required to work in groups to produce regular news bulletins in digital media, TV and radio. I took on numerous roles within the group, for example editor, presenter and film editor.
DIGITAL NEWS PORTFOLIO: As our final year project we were asked to compose a digital news portfolio. I chose to cover news from a local Aberdeenshire area, Torry, through news articles, photography and film.
