Benn Richards
Date of Birth: 22/04/1990
Personal Statement:
I am motivated to work in an environment where I can share my enthusiasm for learning whilst being creative with it. The experiences I gained alongside my academic studies contributed to my enjoyment of learning and aspiration to teach others. Being a part of the development in children’s lives on a daily basis is something I am passionate and excited about. I am committed to providing an inclusive and diverse learning environment by recognising that each child is an individual with their own unique needs. I deliver well differentiated lessons where the children are appropriately challenged and supported. I am well experienced in understanding and working with children’s complex emotional needs due to my current and previous experience. Furthermore, I believe that helping children reach their full potential through the fostering of a supportive, creative and happy learning environment is of paramount importance as the children should feel safe and enjoy their time at school. As well as the positive benefits within the school setting, this enables children to become positive influencers within their community in their adult lives.
