About Melissa
Having completed my 200hr YTT on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan, Thailand, I have been teaching yoga on and off for a year now, varying between classes and private students.

In a private lesson I like to focus all my energy on my student by breaking down the asanas where needed, teaching elements of yoga philosophy and lots of alignment with gentle pranayama (breath work) reminders.
Your lesson will be tailored to meet your needs both physically and spiritually, whatever you decide on your yoga mat.
