About Simon
Hello there my name is Simon Frischauer. I have been a long-time practitioner of the South East Asian martial arts particularly Silat since early 2009 in a variety of styles originating from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei of which I have trained under various teachers across my time and wish to pass on the knowledge and skills of this beautiful art.

My lessons of Silat can cover practical applications such as the self-defence aspect known as Bela Diri, the artistic expressions such as Kembangan. There is also health and wellness covered within the conditioning exercises and Yoga for fitness and flexibility.
