About Lomesh
I'm currently playing for Wembley club in Middlesex and previously played for clubs in Lincolnshire county. Also played for Nijmegen Quick Cricket club in the Netherlands. Played for a Vizianagaram District cricket team, India.

Bowling type: Right-handed pace bowler
Fielding position: Point and covers
I've been playing cricket for 15 years and know how to train the youngsters in not only improving their game at all levels but also in building their confidence.
I taught several young cricketers in building their abilities in terms of batting, fielding and bowling.

I start with the basics of cricket which involves
Batting:
1. Holding the bat,
2. Stands,
3. Footwork,
4. Weight transformation and balancing while playing the shot,
5. Drives,
6. Different types of shots,
7. Placement of the ball,
8. The timing of the shot,
9. Running between the wickets,
10. Performing in the pressure situations
Bowling:
1. Holding the ball,
2. Run up.
3. Swing bowling,
4. Types of deliveries,
5. Strength exercises to increase the pace,
6. Judging the batsmen mind,
7. Field placement,
8. Bowling in pressure conditions,
9. Aerodynamics of the ball for pace bowlers,
At the end of each session there involves a fielding and catching practice with tips.
I will also train in increasing their concentration.
Important note: Few minutes of warm-up, stretching and cool downs exercises are also taught which I think is necessary to avoid injuries.
After the training program, you should be able to score good cricketing shots with style in your batting and also improve your chances of scoring runs and taking wickets in regular intervals.
