About Elly
I have dedicated many years to the sport of boxing, both as a passionate competitor and an experienced coach. My journey in boxing began as an amateur, where I competed in numerous fights, gaining valuable experience and a deep understanding of the sport’s technical and mental demands. These competitions taught me the importance of discipline, strategy, and perseverance, qualities that I now instil in my students. In addition to my amateur career, I have also participated in white-collar boxing events. These events were not only an opportunity to challenge myself but also a way to give back to the community by raising money for various charities. Competing in front of an audience, balancing training with other commitments, and pushing myself to new limits were incredibly rewarding experiences that shaped my approach to coaching. My firsthand experience in the ring, combined with my years of coaching, has given me a unique perspective on the sport. I understand the challenges that come with learning boxing, whether you’re stepping into the ring for the first time or aiming to refine your skills. My goal is to share my knowledge and passion for boxing with my students, helping them build confidence, improve their fitness, and achieve their personal goals whether that’s mastering the basics, competing, or simply enjoying the sport. Boxing is more than just a physical activity; it’s a journey of self-discovery and growth. I am committed to providing a supportive and motivating environment where my students can thrive, both in and out of the ring.

Warm-Up (10 minutes) - Dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare your body and prevent injury. Technique Drills (20 minutes) - Focus on mastering the fundamentals, including stance, footwork, jab, cross, hooks, and uppercuts. Pad Work (15 minutes) - Partner drills with focus mitts to improve accuracy, speed, and combinations. Conditioning (10 minutes) - Strength and endurance exercises tailored to boxing, such as skipping, bag work, or bodyweight circuits. Cool-Down (5 minutes) - Stretching and recovery to improve flexibility and reduce soreness. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, my lessons will help you build confidence

Highly recommendI met Coach Elly through an Osteopath Doctor to prevent injuries from rowing competitions and to strength muscles. I recommend working with him for his knowledge and custom based excersizes your sport needs. As an athlete i required untraditiobal workouts and he was able to design a rowing excersize using elastic bands with equipments that replicats exactly what i needed.
The way he trains himself at the Gymnasium, its all focus, commitment & professionalism.
