About Jason
With 10 years music tuition experience, I am a professional pianist giving solo classical recitals, concert accompaniment and music tuition based in my studio in Widnes, Cheshire. I have taught around 40 students in that time many of which from the beginning up to present day working through their own choice of music and achieving passes in ABRSM grades 1-8

Each student I have taught requires a different approach to engage and inspire, however I believe in a goal orientated approach. This can be an exam, but also a public performance or recording. A solid foundation of good healthy piano technique is encouraged and a knowledge of music theory and music reading
