About Adam
I'm a patient, calm and friendly instructor. I always try to give clear instructions and be fully engaged for the duration of my lesson. I offer advice and support that helps children ride bikes. My lessons are also fun and interesting.

Professional Bikeability Scotland instructor and a PVG scheme member with over 5 years experience in teaching cycling to children (and adults too!). I've completed the following Cycling Scotland courses: Cycle Trainer, Cycle Ride Leader, Play on Pedals Activity Leader, Bikeability Scotland Mentor Training. Each lesson lasts about 45 minutes.
