About Beatrice
I've always been taught that a good dancer isn't necessarily a good teacher, but I see teaching as an exchange of energy and awareness between teacher and student. Every student's achievement is therefore my own personal achievement, and I've always had a relationship of complete trust with my students, as if it were a session with a therapist, which also regenerates your body.

From my experience as a dancer in international theaters and my Pilates diplomas and teachings, my approach to class is comprehensive, both anatomically and practically, avoiding excessive muscular heaviness with the help of music, our greatest ally. I always enjoy experimenting with new and playful approaches with my students, so we never get depressed or tired.
