About Meagan
My name is Meagan Chase and I am just a small town girl living in the big city of London, with big goals. Once I graduated as a professional dancer in the midst of COVID, I decided to waste no more time after lockdown and move to London when I was 18 to pursue a career in dance, the thing I had been doing since I was 4. During this period, I found yoga which very quickly became a part of my daily routine. It allowed me to escape the busy life of a dancer in the city and enter a more calm and less anxious mindset, even if it was just for 5 mins. The quality of my life changed for the better, so I decided I wanted to learn yoga more deeply and help others find the joy and peace that yoga can bring to life, even beyond the yoga mat.

I am a professional dancer who is also qualified as a yoga instructor. I have a passion for meditation, I am specialised in Hatha and vinyasa flow yoga, infusing my yoga with elements of dance, encouraging students to find harmony between strength and flexibility as well as exploring the connection between breath, body and rhythm, creating an uplifting experience on the mat. I adapt to all yoga levels and can teach from the comfort of your own home or a location of your choice.
