I am a professional dancer and have been teaching for 8 years. I teach Afro beat heels dance and hip hop. I love how the body moves and believe everyone should be able to express themselves through movement. Dance is the best therapy according to me.

I want to find out what the student wants to achieve first then break down the movements from there. Muscle memory is important in dance therefore repetition is important but not so much that the enjoyment is taken out of the dance process
