About Liv
I have been training in the Vaganova (Russian) technique for twelve years. I have two additional years of Balanchine (American) training. I now dance with a ballet company in Florida. In addition to my dance training I am a certified personal trainer with NASM and a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Renew.
I have about five years of teaching experience and look forward to continuing my teaching journey.

Through many years of training and studying the ballet technique, I will be able to cater to the needs of any student. I will create a lesson plan that meets the individual needs of any level. In addition to one-on-one lessons, I will create a personalized exercise routine that students can practice on their own. I am available for zoom calls as well as in-person lessons if doable.
