About David
I'm a 28-year-old drummer currently enrolled in the professional course at Drummersfocus Salzburg, where I continue to refine my skills and expand my musical horizons. With over 15 years of hands-on drumming experience, I actively perform in two bands and work as a session drummer, bringing my expertise to a variety of musical projects.
Along my journey, I've had the privilege of learning from some of Austria's top drummers, including the legendary Thomas Lang and the talented Sebastian Lanser. Now, I'm eager to share the wealth of knowledge and techniques I've gained with passionate musicians and drummers who are ready to take their playing to the next level.

The lessons are tailored to each student's individual interests. My goal is to share the fun of playing the drums, allowing each person to decide which aspects they'd like to focus on. The following topics can be covered during the lessons:
Timing, Groove, and Sound
Playing by Ear / Playing Along with Songs
Bass Drum Techniques: Single Kick and Double Bass
Möller Technique
Stick Control (with a focus on Double Strokes)
Rudiments
Coordination and Independence
Tuning your Drum Set
In addition, I will create a personalized practice plan for each student to support practical implementation. Together, we will set clear goals and work step-by-step towards achieving them.
