About Harry
I’m Harry Wright, a Leeds-based drummer and percussionist with over 10 years of professional experience in the music industry. After graduating from Leeds College of Music with a First Class BA (Hons) in Music (Popular) in 2013, I’ve had the privilege of playing with a diverse range of artists and projects across the UK. My experience covers a wide variety of genres, including Pop, R&B, Soul, Rock, and Hip Hop, allowing me to bring versatility to both live performances and studio sessions.
I’ve been fortunate enough to perform with mainstream acts like Sigma, M22, and the Ignition Orchestra, and I regularly gig at venues like The Domino Club in Leeds, as well as touring nationally. Beyond performing, I’m passionate about writing and performing original music, and I love collaborating on new projects that push creative boundaries.
As an educator, I offer drum lessons from my studio in Farsley, Leeds, where I work with students of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced player, my goal is to help you build your skills and confidence across a range of musical styles, while keeping lessons engaging and fun.
