My teaching is always based on task based approach - I feel it is imperative to build lessons around the activities that all students can feel comfortable with, I teach students what they actually need to know to meet their gilas and objectives, it could be ordering at a restaurant or booking a hotel room for example, in this the language taught revolves around the task itself. It is very important to know and understand the student s needs and expectations to design the lessons catering to their requirement. I personally believe that approaches you take to address students real needs and at the same time cover all the vocabulary and grammar needed to overcome in their daily routine, is what will help students or employees achieve what they want to achieve
