About Hadrian
With 10 years of ESL tutoring experience, I have worked with High School and College students and successfully guided around 150–200 learners in their English learning journey. My teaching philosophy is based on clarity, motivation, and consistent improvement.
I believe that learning English should be simple, practical, and enjoyable. I design my lessons to include real-life situations, discussions, and practice activities that help students understand and use English confidently.
I also focus on building a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary while improving speaking and listening skills. I provide personalised support and regular feedback to help students progress steadily.
One of my key achievements is helping students become confident communicators and achieve better results in exams and presentations. I am passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping every student succeed.

My ESL teaching approach combines creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability to create a balanced and effective learning experience. I believe that language learning should be practical and engaging, so I use creative activities such as discussions, storytelling, role-play, and real-life examples. These methods help students understand how to use English naturally in different situations.
I encourage students to develop critical thinking skills by asking open-ended questions and giving them opportunities to share their opinions. This helps them become more confident and improves their ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
As a mentor, I support my students throughout their learning journey. I provide guidance, motivation, and encouragement, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence. I understand that each student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching approach to suit their needs.
Accountability plays an important role in my teaching. I set clear expectations, assign meaningful tasks, and track progress regularly. I provide detailed feedback so students know how to improve and stay motivated.
In addition to ESL, I also teach related subjects to support overall academic growth. My goal is to help students become confident speakers, critical thinkers, and independent learners.
