About Elliot
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 12 years of teaching experience, helping around 150 High School and College students improve their English language abilities. My teaching philosophy is based on patience, encouragement, and continuous improvement because I believe every learner deserves the opportunity to succeed.
I prepare personalized lessons that strengthen grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing. My classes include interactive discussions, role-playing activities, and practical exercises that help students apply English confidently in everyday life.
I provide regular feedback and create a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves without fear. Consistent practice and positive encouragement help my students build confidence while improving their language skills.
One of my greatest accomplishments has been helping students who struggled with English become active participants in classroom discussions and presentations. Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic Writing, Reading Skills, Vocabulary Development, and Communication Skills. I strive to make every lesson enjoyable, productive, and focused on helping students achieve lasting success.

My teaching approach encourages students to become active learners who use English with confidence inside and outside the classroom. My methodology is guided by accountability, integrity, flexibility, communication, and positivity, helping students enjoy learning while achieving steady progress.
I create lessons that develop grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing through practical communication activities. Students participate in conversations, presentations, reading exercises, writing tasks, and problem-solving activities that strengthen both fluency and accuracy.
Accountability motivates students to complete regular practice and monitor their improvement. Integrity builds trust through honest communication and respectful guidance. Flexibility allows me to modify lesson plans according to each learner's pace, interests, and objectives.
Communication is emphasized in every lesson because regular interaction builds confidence naturally. I encourage students to participate actively while maintaining a positive environment where every success is appreciated.
