About Paulo
After graduating from the Academy of Music and Drama of Gothenburg in 2016, I have been Principal Flute in the Jyväskylä Sinfonia (Finland) until the end of 2019. As a freelancer, I have performed with some of the major institutions in Scandinavia including the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, Turku Philharmonic, Tampere Philharmonic, Gothenburg Opera and more. As a soloist and chamber musician I have performed all around Europe for the past twelve years, playing in Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway.

I come from three generations of professional musicians and I grew up listening and performing in concerts all around Europe. Music has always been a part of my life and I can't wait to share my passion and knowledge with you! I teach pupils of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners up and above Diploma level. I hold a Diploma in Flute Performance (DipHons) from the Conservatoire of Pescara (Italy), a Post-Graduate Diploma with Honours (PGDipHons) from the Conservatoire of Aulnay-sous-Bois (Paris) and an MFA specialising in Symphony Orchestra Performance from the Academy of Music and Drama of Gothenburg (Sweden).
