About Mitrajeet
I am an experienced German and Spanish language instructor associated with European Study, Kolkata and also serve as a visiting faculty at several other institutes in Kolkata. I have more than 8 years of experience as a language trainer and have trained students from all over India and Germany. I was previously associated with A One solutions Bangalore as a foreign language instructor . I also carry out online foreign language classes. The process that I follow in teaching Spanish and German is very unique and different from the other conventional methods. I follow a very scientific method which enable students to grasp all the three skills of reading, writing and speaking in a foreign language within a very short span of time. My students working with companies like Accenture, Bosch, HCL, Convergis etc. have been able to pick up Spanish or German within a few days only. I also train students appearing for Goethe exams and other German exams conducted in India and abroad.

Why my method is effective can be summed up in the following points:
1. The language learning programme designed by me is oriented to develop the communication skills of the learners. The method followed ensures that my students are able to converse and construct complex sentences on their own with ease and confidence and with very little or almost no assistance from the trainer from the very first session, which otherwise requires months, or sometimes even more than a year of intense practice and perseverence to develop.
2. Although more emphasis is given on developing the speaking skills of the students yet care is taken to incorporate the other three essential skills of reading, writing and listening into every study session which makes the course comprehensive and cohesive.
3. Another outstanding features of this method which makes it stand out from the other known, conventional methods is that it helps the learners to register and retain each and every information taught in the sessions. The learners are not required to go over the lessons repeatedly as the effectiveness of the method itself ensures the retention of the things delivered to them.
4. A personalized teaching approach is followed to meet every student’s requirements and to address issues related to their understanding and learning.
5. I take the aid of various self-formulated study skills to help them learn the foreign words easily and to indelibly imprint them in their minds.
6. I follow an “Activity based learning” method where learners are always encouraged to constantly participate in the learning session which makes it engaging and creates a conducive learning environment. It makes learning a new language a fun-filled exercise for the students. This helps to phase out distractions and other classroom problems commonly faced by the learners.
7. The entire study sessions are carefully formulated and structured to eliminate the common problems encountered by learners while having a language learning session and assists them in picking up the lessons delivered to them with utmost precision and ease.
