About Lareina
I am a passionate jewelry designer, model, and lifelong artist, but one of my greatest joys in life is being a Kathak dancer with 10 years of training and experience. Dance has been a part of my journey since childhood, alongside painting and performing, and it has shaped the way I express myself, understand rhythm, and see the beauty in the world.
I want to share my knowledge with you because classical dance is so much more than just beautiful movements, it is a superpower. It teaches you discipline, builds incredible confidence, and tells stories that connect us to our rich cultural roots. Dance has given me so much joy, focus, and creative freedom, and I want to help you discover that same spark within yourself. Together, we are going to explore the beautiful rhythms, expressions, and stories of Kathak, making it a fun and exciting journey right from your own homes

Standard 60-Minute Class Structure:
1. Warm-Up (10 mins): Physical stretching and traditional invocation to set a respectful tone.
2. Technical Drills (20 mins): Focused practice on basic steps, posture, and stamina.
3. Choreography & Expressions (20 mins): Learning choreography , using close up camera views to refine facial expressions
4. Cool Down & Storytelling (10 mins): Gentle stretching paired with a brief cultural story behind the dance, ending with a final Pranam.
