About Vicente
Professional Self-Defence Instructor
I am a highly experienced and certified martial arts instructor with a Spanish official qualification to teach Combat, Grappling, and Strength & Conditioning.
With more than 20 years of teaching experience, I have specialised in Capoeira, Combat, Grappling, and especially Self-Defence. I have helped hundreds of students of all ages and levels gain confidence, improve their physical condition, and learn practical, effective techniques to defend themselves in real-life situations.
For the past 20 years, I have competed in:

This extensive competitive background allows me to teach combining technique, strategy, and physical conditioning to deliver practical and effective self-defence training.
Whether you are a complete beginner looking to learn basic self-defence or an intermediate student wanting to improve your skills, I adapt my classes to your goals, fitness level, and needs. Classes can be individual or in small groups, both in-person and online.

What you will learn:
Practical Self-Defence: Simple, effective techniques that work in real-life situations.
Combat & Striking: Boxing, Kickboxing, K1-style combinations, focus mitt work, and pad training.
Grappling: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, ground control, submissions, and positional fighting.
