About Larry
I have been musical giving lessons more than 15 years. I have taught over thousands of students from band to orchestral instruments. If anyone wanted to learn any instrument, I made myself available to teach them whatever it was. I am also a chorus teacher and Minister of Music over several different churches and organizations an have played in many professional, recording bands
Many of my students have obtained music degrees or are performing professionally in musical venues across the world. I am glad I have been able to inculcate and instill the love of music to young (and old) minds. I even have students that are now in the production process of music and performing with several musical groups around the community and states of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia

I am a highly qualified music teacher of all grade levels (ages 6-99 years). I love to teach, perform, and produce music not just for myself, but for others that share that passion! I've studied at two different universities (Francis Marion University and Coastal Carolina University) and have a Bachelors in Alto Sax and Piano and General Studies, and Master of Arts in Music Education.
I like to introduce all my students to music as well as inquire their tastes and likes about particular musical subjects. Whatever your likes are, I always use that to teach whatever the concept you are desiring to learn. As an educator, we like to scaffold our learning so that you can achieve higher levels of attainment or instruction in your particular area. Basically, I meet you where you are in your interest and knowledge level, and take you to the next.
