About Ayie
Hello! I’m Errol Angelo Delloza, a professional musician and experienced Music Teacher based in Dubai.
I have more than 15 years of experience in music education, performance, music directing, and music production, and I currently work as a Music Teacher at Regent International School in Dubai. Over the years, I have taught students of different ages and abilities in international school settings, helping them develop their musical skills while building confidence, creativity, discipline, and a genuine love for music.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Music from Cathedral of Praise Music College and have extensive experience teaching and performing across different musical disciplines. My teaching background includes drums, guitar, bass, piano, vocals, and music theory, as well as preparing students for performances, concerts, and Trinity Rock & Pop examinations.
As a teacher, I believe that every student learns differently. I take a patient, encouraging, and student-centered approach, adapting lessons to the learner’s age, experience, interests, and goals. For children, I make lessons engaging and enjoyable while developing coordination, concentration, confidence, and good musical habits. For adults, I can tailor lessons around their personal goals—whether they are starting from scratch, learning their favorite songs, improving technique, preparing for performances, or simply pursuing music as a passion.
My experience as a multi-instrumentalist, music director, performer, conductor, and music educator allows me to bring practical musical knowledge into every lesson. I want my students not only to learn the correct techniques, but also to understand how to play with confidence, feel the rhythm, listen to other musicians, and enjoy making music.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, a parent looking for a fun and engaging activity for your child, or an adult who has always wanted to learn drums, my lessons are designed to help you learn, improve, and genuinely enjoy playing music.
I teach drums in a patient, practical, and encouraging way. Lessons are adapted to each student’s age, ability, learning pace, and musical interests. For beginners, we start with the fundamentals—proper grip and posture, basic rhythms, coordination, timing, reading simple drum notation, and playing along with music. As students progress, we work on fills, grooves, technique, independence, dynamics, and more advanced playing.
For children, I make lessons fun, interactive, and age-appropriate, while still building discipline, focus, coordination, and confidence. For adults, lessons can be tailored to their goals—whether they want to learn from scratch, play their favorite songs, improve their technique, or develop their skills as a drummer.
Each lesson typically lasts 45–60 minutes, depending on the student’s age, level, and needs. Lessons are available at the student’s home or online, making learning convenient and comfortable.
With experience as a professional musician and music teacher, I bring real-world musical experience into every lesson. My goal is not only to teach students how to play the drums, but to help them become confident, expressive, and well-rounded musicians.

Trial lessons are available for new students and are paid sessions. This allows us to provide the same professional, personalized attention and lesson preparation as a regular class, while giving the student an opportunity to experience the teaching approach and see if the lessons are a good fit.
