About Emma LM
I’m a professional musician and tutor with over 30 years of teaching and industry experience. I offer engaging, personalised lessons in Singing, Music Theory, Songwriting, Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, Trombone, Guitar and Bass Guitar. My background as a session musician for record labels and private clients brings real-world insight and creativity to each lesson. I teach all levels — from complete beginners to advanced performers — with a friendly, supportive approach. Online lessons preferred, but I also welcome in-person students in Liverpool.

I teach singing (mixed voice) and musical instruments (violin, viola, cello, piano, trombone, music theory) to learners of all ages (beginner to professional), both one-to-one and in group settings. I work with individual learners and deliver music masterclasses and workshops at schools and workplaces. My professional clients come to me for studio voice coaching and singing lessons, songwriting, and artist development. My learners can take ABRSM, Trinity College and Trinity Rock & Pop examinations.

Details
Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy
Lessons are £20 per 30 minutes, £30 per 45 minutes, and £35 per 60 minutes. Students receiving two or more hours of tuition per week will receive a 15% discount.
If you miss a scheduled lesson, you must give me 24-hrs notice or the missed lesson will be charged for. If you think you will be delayed, please call me, or send me an SMS, or write me a message on Whatsapp.
If I can find an alternative time during the week to make up the lesson for you, I will happily do so at no extra charge. Another alternative if you are not very sick but just can't get to me for your usual lesson is for us to have a Zoom/FaceTime session.
