About Marshall
Experienced book editor/proofreader, former newspaper reporter. I can make you an expert in writing in "active voice," which cuts unnecessary verbiage and more clearly delivers your intended meaning. I did all coursework for an English M.A./TESL-TEFL at Central Washington University (3.54 GPA), and was elected to Alpha Sigma Nu national honor society at Seattle University where I earned bachelor's degrees in journalism and criminal justice with minors in philosophy and speech (3.54 GPA). I received "A" on all university papers I wrote and can help you with academic papers. Although I only minored in philosophy, Seattle University profs asked me to apply for their M.A. program, apparently based on the philosophy papers I had written. But I did not apply because I feared I couldn't 'compete' with students who had majored in the subject, and I was studying to take the LSAT test for law school. Chose an English M.A. instead.
