About Svitlana
I am a professional pianist and qualified music teacher with a Master's degree in Music, experience in music education, and a background in school music programmes.
As a professional pianist and educator, my greatest satisfaction comes from helping students of all ages discover that learning the piano is achievable, enjoyable, and rewarding, whether they are taking their very first lesson or working towards ABRSM examinations.
I believe that everyone can learn to play the piano, regardless of age or previous experience. In fact, I particularly admire adults who decide to start learning an instrument later in life. Taking the first step requires courage, commitment, and curiosity, and it is always inspiring to see adult students discover their musical abilities and enjoy the lifelong benefits that music can bring.
My goal is not only to help students play the piano well, but also to develop a genuine love and appreciation for music that can last a lifetime.

I offer personalised piano lessons for both children and adults, combining strong musical foundations with a supportive and encouraging teaching style.
Lessons are tailored to each student's individual goals, whether you would like to learn for pleasure, develop your technique, improve your music reading skills, or prepare for ABRSM Practical and Theory examinations. I work with beginners as well as more advanced students and aim to create a positive learning environment where every student can progress with confidence and enjoyment.
