About Salvatore
After graduating from King's College London (KCL, ranked 19th internationally, QS World Rankings) with my BA History, I recently graduated from my MA Medieval & Renaissance Studies History at University College London (UCL, ranked 7th internationally, QS World Rankings). I am also a Grade 7 Pianist (ABRSM), I have a rudimentary knowledge of Italian, which I am always working to improve, and can read classical, formal Latin.
I have a great deal of experience in education having worked as a Teaching Assistant for 4 years and as an Assistant History Teacher to secondary-school children (12-18 y/o) during the current academic year at a top-tier school in London. I also taught in schools in Kathmandu, Nepal with the educational charity Debate Mate for 4 months during the summer of 2014. In my spare time I work for a tutoring agency for students taking the International Baccalaureate. I have a Enhanced DBS Certificate. N.B. When travelling beyond Zone 2, travel is charged equivalent to the top up of a daily Zone 1-2 travel card.
